The Spurwink Link Coordinator "links" individuals and family members to the many programs offered at Spurwink. In this position, you will ensure accessibility, prompt response, and excellent customer service whenever there is an inquiry, referral, or request to the agency pertaining to a community member in need. Helping callers on the phone. Processing referrals that come into Spurwink via phone, fax, or email. Data entry into Spurwink's Electric Health Record. See job description for full details.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HS Diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and time management skills are required.
